Returns & Refunds
Weighted blankets can take time to adjust to. For this reason, no return requests will be processed within the first 7 nights of receiving your blanket. We encourage all customers to use their weighted blanket consistently during this adjustment period before deciding whether it is right for them.
If you would like to initiate a return or refund request, please contact info@weighbettersleep.co.za.
If you are not satisfied with your weighted blanket, you may return one weighted blanket per customer within 30 days of placing your order for a refund, subject to the conditions below. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
A flat R300 handling and return fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. This means that the amount refunded will be your purchase price less R300.

Any blanket purchased using an Experience Blanket upgrade/discount coupon
The Experience Weighted Blanket may only be exchanged for another Experience Weighted Blanket if the blanket is defective within 30 days of placing the order. Refunds will not be provided for Experience Blanket purchases.
Only one weighted blanket may be returned per customer. If multiple weighted blankets are purchased in a single order, only one blanket from that order will qualify for return.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date on which the order was placed, regardless of the reason for the return.
To qualify for a return, the blanket must be returned in good condition with no user-inflicted damage, including but not limited to stains, rips, odours or excessive pet hair. The blanket must be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered.
We will arrange collection of the blanket from the delivery address originally provided for the order. A return shipping label will be provided by us.
Once the returned blanket has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days. This refers to the time required for us to initiate the refund with the relevant payment provider and does not necessarily reflect the time required for the funds to appear in your account.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take up to an additional 15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect.
For purchases made using Payflex, refunds will be processed back to the card used for the original transaction. We are unable to process EFT refunds for Payflex orders.
If a returned blanket is found to be damaged or does not meet the return conditions above, the refund request may be declined. In such cases, you may request that the blanket be shipped back to you at your own cost.
If you have ordered the incorrect size, please contact us and we will assist with arranging an exchange where possible. Please note that the Experience Blanket does not qualify for size exchanges to larger blankets.
30-Night Money Back Guarantee
At Weigh Better Sleep, we believe in giving your body enough time to properly adjust to your weighted blanket. If you are not satisfied with your weighted blanket, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. These two policies should be read together.
Please note that weighted blankets can take time to get used to. For this reason, no return requests will be processed within the first 7 nights of receiving your blanket.
The 30-Night Money Back Guarantee is limited to one weighted blanket return per customer. Once a customer has made use of the 30-Night Money Back Guarantee, they will not be eligible for another trial or return under this guarantee on future purchases.
The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all return and refund requests.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must contact info@weighbettersleep.co.za within 30 days of placing your order. The 30-day period starts from the date on which the order is placed.
The 30-Night Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:
- The Experience Weighted Blanket
- Any weighted blanket purchased using an Experience Blanket upgrade/discount coupon
Approved refunds remain subject to the applicable return conditions, inspection requirements and handling fees contained in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
