Return policy
You will be eligible for a full refund (excluding delivery fees) if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days. The 30-days starts from the day your order is placed. This does not apply to the Experience Weighted Blanket or any blanket that is purchased using the Experience blanket discount coupon. The Experience Weighted Blanket can only be exchanged for another Experience Weighted Blanket if the blanket is defective within 30 days of placing your order (i.e. we will not refund the money paid).

Only one weighted blanket may be returned per customer. This means that if you place an order for multiple weighted blankets (even if they are all ordered via a single order), only one of these weighted blankets is eligible to be returned.

No returns can be made after 30-days regardless of the reason for the return.
We will arrange for your blanket to be picked up from the location to which we delivered it. We will provide a shipping label to you at no cost for the return or exchange. You will be required to place the weighted blanket back into the box in which it was delivered. The blanket must be returned in good condition with no user inflicted damages such as rips, stains or pet hair.

After we have completed an inspection of your return, we will refund the money that you paid for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 10 working days. The refund is processed directly by the payment partner after we confirm that the refund will be issued. If possible, the refund will be made back into the credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. We do not have access to this information and cannot confirm the card details that will be used for the refund.

Please note that it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account (in addition to the 10 working days it may take to process the refund).

If you have purchased the incorrect size, please contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please note that the Experience Blanket also does not qualify to be swapped for a larger size.

If the returned item is deemed to be damaged, then you will not qualify for a refund. In this instance, you may opt to have the blanket returned to you. You will be liable for the shipping cost to get the blanket back to you.
