Return policy

You will be eligible for a full refund (excluding delivery fees) if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days. We will arrange for your blanket to be picked up from the location to which we delivered it. We will provide a shipping label to you at no cost for the return or exchange. The blanket must be returned in good condition with no user inflicted damages such as rips, stains or pet hair.

After we have completed an inspection of your return, we will refund the money that you paid for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 10 working days. The refund is processed directly by the payment partner after we confirm that the refund will be issued. The refund will be made back into the credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. We do not have access to this information and cannot confirm the card details that will be used for the refund.

Please note that it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you have purchased the incorrect size, please contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If the returned item is deemed to be damaged, then you will not qualify for a refund. In this instance, you may opt to have the blanket returned to you. You will be liable for the shipping cost to get the blanket back to you.
